For some reason when I try to download TeamSpeak my browser freezes for a few seconds, then resumes and the download doesn't start.

There are two mirrors on the official download site (http://www.goteamspeak.com/?page=downloads), one for the US and one for the EU. Have you tried both?

If neither work, I'll host it on our site temporarily and see if that works.
